The Government of H.P has constituted the H.P State Biodiversity Board vide notification no. STE-A(3)-1/2004 dated 12.05.2008 under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, to the Govt. of H.P for implementation of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 in the state.
